Carpet Cleaning
Q. How long will it take to clean my carpet?
A. The time it will take depends on the size of the area, the condition of the carpets and how many items need to be moved. With your free quote you will be given an estimated time.
Q. How long will it take my carpet to dry?
A. It will all depend on the humidity levels. We recommend running the air conditioning and or any fans to help the air flow and speed up the process.
Q. Do I need to move my own furniture?
A. Anything that can be moved safely with a two man crew will be moved.
Q. Do I need to be home?
A. We would like for you to be home when we do the initial inspection to discuss areas with high traffic and stains. It is not necessary for you to be present when the services are performed.
Q. Can you also clean furniture?
A. Yes, our carpet shampooers have special attachments and chemicals to handle furniture. We can also do vehicles, boats, Rvs, etc.
Emergency Cleaning
Q. How much will I have to pay?
A. Due to the importance of saving time we have set a standard flat rate of $30 per hour on emergency calls.

A. Yes, Spruce Up Cleaning Inc is Bonded and Insured. We also carry property and liability coverage's as well.
